APEX AD-1700M

I would appreciate it if anyone can send more information to me regarding this model. As can be seen by the photos below the firmware chip is the rectangle shaped "Atmel 49F8192A" flashrom and is soldered to the board which makes it hard to remove and read. If anyone has any further to contribute please EMAIL ME. Thanks!

The AD-1700M appears to be a clone of the AD-1600. The only known differences are:

* The AD-1700M has component video output; the AD-1600 does not.
* The AD-1700M has support for 110-220V.
