NEW EXPERIMENTAL FIRMWARE

This firmware is hacked Original 703A firmware modified to include a Region Selector 0/1 using the Angle Mark menu. Macrovision is OFF.

NOTE: This firmware should be considered "experimental" as the supplier does not own a 703A. However every attempt has been made to ensure that this firmware does work.

Note: The 703A firmware does NOT contain any "flash routines", so it is not possible to upgrade the firmware using a CD. It is necessary to program the .bin file (available in the .zip file linked below) into an appropriate blank firmware chip.
