CITIZEN JDVD3818A

There is no "pure" Citizen JDVD3818A firmware available. However, the Electrohome EH-8181A is apparently an exact clone of the Citizen JDVD3818A. You should be able to safely use EH-8181A firmware on the JDVD3818A and retain full functionality.

Keep in mind that once you load firmware from another player on your JDVD3818, there will be no way to return to the "pure" Citizen firmware (i.e. with the Citizen background logo.) This could be a problem if you need to have warranty service performed on your player.
